 STEP 1: ASSESS 

This is the start of a UNIQUE and UNPARALLELED journey to BUILD THE MOST EFFICIENCT YOU. In this phase, we conduct a comprehensive movement assessment that's specific to YOUR level of function/activity level; we identify YOUR movement system impairments, determine the ROOT CAUSE of YOUR musculoskeletal dysfunction; and establish an INDIVIDUALIZED plan of care to address YOUR personal goals.

 STEP 2: RESET 

In this phase of your journey, our goal is to RESET your nervous system. We achieve this by using stimuli that sends positive/safe information to your brain, and subsequently helps to alleviate pain and improve biomechanical efficiency. Examples of aforementioned stimuli, include: joint mobilization/manipulation; regenerative dry needling; systemic cupping; and other myofascial release techniques.

 STEP 3: REBUILD/RENEW 

This is the last, but arguably THE MOST IMPORTANT phase of your rehab journey. This is where we STABILIZE to “get everything to stick” and IMPROVE BIOMECHANICAL EFFICIENCY [improve how your body moves as a whole] to PREVENT FUTURE INJURY RECURRENCE. This phase involves education, progressive exercise prescription to specifically address YOUR needs/movement dysfunctions; and advanced neuromotor control training to optimize outcomes. It is common to overlap interventions from our RESET and REBUILD/RENEW phases throughout your plan of care.
